You guys are the best! You have made my Bar-B-Queing this
summer the toast of Ridgefield, CT. Best yet is fresh Rib-Eye steaks with heavy quantities of Garlic Fire rubbed deeply
into the flesh; sealed in zipper-lock plastic bag overnight/24 hours in fridge; seared on a hot grill medium-rare. People

...I made pork chops Tuesday...I went through some
cook books looking for the perfect recipe... after reading a few not so interesting meal ideas I remembered I had your rib
rub...at first I thought what other ingredients do I have in the house that I can make with this recipe...then I just decided
to put the seasoning on just as a rub...I coated the pork chops in the Rib Rub and rubbed it all into the meat...I
then put the chops in the refrigerator and went about my afternoon...when I was ready to prepare dinner, I put the pork chops
on broil in the oven... I then made up some rib rub glaze as an after thought...it was easy to quickly mix some apricot jelly
with the rib rub and heat in a sauce pan...when the chops were half way through cooking I put the glaze on the chops...then
when they were finished cooking I put the remaining glaze on the chops...we ate one of the most heavenly pork chops I
have ever had...very flavorful ...sweet but yet containing a hint of spice...it was so tasty I couldn't believe it was that
easy to prepare! I also took the remaining pork chops the following evening and put it into a stir fry...it was wonderful...I
really only needed to cook up some vegetables and had another new great tasting meal...thank you for your wonderful spices...and
I look forward to trying many more!! I have been raving to everyone I know about how good your blends are!

I used your Perfect Rib Rub mix and followed the recipe you sent...what delicious ribs! We have found a new way to make
our ribs, usually the bbq sauce is so thick on them, but yesterday i used your rub, and they cooked so great and the meat
fell off the bone = they were that tender. I just ate the leftovers, which wasn't many, I made 2 slabs an we ate almost
all of them last nite. I just wanted to tell you what a great blend of seasonings. We are going to make ribs like that
