CREOLE PARTY DIP
- 1 -8oz. package cream cheese, softened (or 1 8oz container sour cream
or plain unsweetened yogurt)
- 1 TBS IKO-IKO Spice Rub
Add IKO-IKO to cream cheese, stir well until fully blended.
A hand mixer works best for this, but a spoon or fork will do just fine. If needed add a splash of water to thin. The
flavor is best if let sit for 20-30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables, also great on bagels
or pita bread.
**For a more elegant party dip, add a 6-8 ounce can of crab, shrimp or
clams (drained, but use the liquid to thin the dip as desired) to the cream cheese and IKO-IKO while mixing.
