PERFECT BABY BACK RIBS
- 2 whole slabs pork baby back ribs
- 4 TBS PERFECT RIB RUB
- 2 pieces heavy duty aluminum foil, cut about 8 inches longer than the
slabs.
Braising Liquid:
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 TBS white vinegar
- 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBS honey
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place foil shiny side down, put one
slab of baby back ribs on each piece of foil. Sprinkle each slab generously with PERFECT RIB RUB and
pat into the meat. Fold long sides of foil together, then crimp ends, leaving one end loose enough to add braising liquid.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
Combine all ingredients for the braising liquid in a microwave0safe bowl or measuring cup. Microwave for 1
minute on HIGH.
Place the rib packets on a baking sheet. Open one end of foil on each slab & pour half of the braising
liquid into each packet & reseal. Tilt the baking sheet to equally distribute the braising liquid. Cook in the oven for
2-1/2 hours. Remove from oven. Hold rib packets, one at a time, over a medium saucepan, cut slit in bottom of foil
to drain liquid into the pan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and reduce by half or until a thick syrup consistency
(about 20 minutes). Open foil packets and brush the glaze onto the ribs. Place under the broiler until the glaze lightly browns,
pay close attention when the ribs are under the broiler, this only takes a minute and they burn easily! Remove, cut in 2-3
rib sections, drizzle with any remaining glaze. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
