Jerk Seasoning adds a wonderful flavor to hamburgers, simply add 2 tsp. DARK FIRE to 1 pound of ground beef,  (try it with your favorite meat -venison, buffalo, turkey...)  mix and form into 4 patties.  Cook as desired.
